October-March
All training sessions will consist of a group warmup, target for the day, workout and cool-down. Pay attention to locations as they vary depending on the day, time and event group. If you have questions or concerns, email, call or text.
All athletes are expected to come prepared. This means, come with a food fueled and hydrated body. Wear layers of proper training clothing. Bring training flats as well as your event spikes. Every athlete should also bring a water bottle and a snack. Arrive on time and respect the time a space. We are guests in our rented spaces. We want to continue to be invited back.

Pole Vault
Register for individual sessions. $45/session

High Jump, Long Jump, Triple Jump
Register for individual sessions. $35/session
Sprints/Hurdles
Register for individual sessions. $25/session
Fall Pre-Season
Olympic Weightlifting Class
You will learn safe lifting techniques to prevent injury and increase efficiency. Learn complex movements like squat, clean, snatch, etc. You will have the opportunity to ask lots of questions and learn from your peers. This class will also give you a solid base moving into the winter season.
